The RZ® M2.5 Mesh is a slightly different take on our popular M2 Mesh. Like all RZ Masks®, it features our standard F1 filters, blocking 99.9% of particulates down to .1 micron in size!
Both the M2 and M2.5 feature the same highly breathable mesh fabric construction that helps to keep you cool on even the hottest summer days. However, rather than using the single strap closure of the M2, the M2.5 opts for a flexible dual elastic strap system with quick-release buckles. This adds an extra touch of security and comfort, making it ideal for exercise and movement, or when you must wear your mask for an extended time.
M2.5 FEATURES:
+ Best-in-class filtration and comfort with 360-degree seal
+ Washable and Reusable
+ Breathable mesh material – cool and comfortable
+ Dual elastic strap closure system is flexible and super secure
+ F1 Filters remove up to 99.9% of particulates down to .1 micron in size

HOW LONG DOES AN RZ FILTER LAST?
The life expectancy of the RZ Filter depends on many variables, such as; particulate exposure density, particulate exposure duration, and user breathing rate. With that said, below are our general guidelines – as the user will have the final call given your exposure.
+ 20-30+ hours of continuous use in heavy dust exposure to things such as; grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition, etc.
+ 30-40+ hours of continuous use in light dust exposure to things such as; grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition, etc.
+ 50-60+ hours of continuous use when protecting against allergens, pollutants, odors, etc.

SIZING & FITTING
To determine the correct mask size for your facial structure, we recommend taking exact measurements using the method described below. This is the most accurate way to determine your correct size.
METHOD 1
Measure from the bridge of your nose to the tip of your chin. It may be helpful to have a friend assist you. *See fig.1
fig.1 Measuring from the height of the bridge of your nose (usually just below your eye line) down to the tip of the chin, and do not measure past the tip of your chin.
METHOD 2
Match your measurement with the given sizes below to find the correct sizing for you. We offer 3 different sizes of masks Medium, Large, and X-Large. *See fig. below.
Medium 3.5″-4″ | Large 4″-4.5″ | X-Large 4.5+”
If your measurements lie in-between sizes, we recommend using your weight as a secondary reference.
Medium up to 140 lbs | Large 140 lbs – 200 lbs | Extra Large 200 lbs and up
Male Model wears a size Large. *See fig. 2 Female Model wears a size Medium. *See fig. 3
FITTING GUIDE
A proper fit is key to efficient filtration and prolonged comfort. There are a few tips and tricks to help fit your mask properly.
1. When applying your mask, place the top most part of the mask on the very top of your nose, then lower to cover your mouth and chin. Finish by fastening the strap(s) in a comfortable position.
2. A proper seal is only required on the filter, not the mask shell. *See fig.5 The filter (inside mask) is creating a seal on the users face while the mask shell has some slack. This is acceptable. As long as the filter is creating a seal, the mask is deemed effective.
*RZ filters are designed to match your chosen mask size, i.e. a Medium (M) filter fits a medium mask, a Large (L) filter fits a large mask, and an Extra Large (XL)
